1) If you really want to go into an IIT, then drop a year.
2) If not, then certainly go for state government college. Give entrance exam for other colleges like VIT, BITS, Manipal, UPSEE, UPSEE MIT Pune. You can also apply for Chandigarh University or Thapar University.

now if u think the package ull get is directly proportional to the GPA u scores let me tell u one thing. After the placements that 9 pointer guy who u often saw sitting in the front row making every single notes the guy u saw in the last bench playing minimillitia who just managed to pass studying a night before n scores a decent 7. xx will be seen sitting in the same office area (or wherever they work) scroling through the browser how to develop skills to earn more

Yes, you can do B.Ed after D. Ed. But, you should done graduation. The minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed. course bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) form a recognized board/university with at least 50% marks. Thanks.

First of all I think you should discuss with your family, and then decide where you want to go for your studies. If I talk about Chandigarh University then yes placements are very good, but not for B.Com and BBA. You have 85% marks, I think you can get admission in Delhi University there are numerous good college for pursuing B.Com and value of the Delhi University we all Indian know very well. So, discuss with your parents and think carefully regarding every aspect of college you're going to study in. At last I would say one thing every college and University is same but you just need to do efforts nothing more than that and yes,

There is no shortcut for hardwork. In the same way, you have to give it's entrance exam. No other way is there to get in NIFT. And if you found the way other than this, then do cross check weather the path is right. If you really want to get admission here, then drop one year, give it another chance. May be this time you can get your desired college. Choose wisely.
