The admission to the Diploma Engineering Courses is made through the Joint Entrance Test. Candidates who qualify the JET are eligible to apply for admission to various courses being run in the affiliated institutions of the Board. The admission to these institutions will be based on the relative merit of the candidates in the JET in their respective category. All candidates desirous of applying for admission are required to submit admission application form with the requisite fee before the last date fixed for submission of the same.
Those candidates who qualify the JET can apply for the admission to various Institutions affiliated with the Board. Admission will be purely on the inter-se-merit of JET. Candidates desirous to take admission should fill up the admission form, which is included in the prospectus. ENTRY QUALIFICATION: For Diploma (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, ECE, Computer and IT): The Applicant must posses an aggregate of 55% in Mathematics and Science in 10 Std. from CBSE or its equivalent from a recognized Board or Institution. OR 12th Pass with 55% in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized Board or Institutions. ITI pass outs (who passed at least 10 level school leaving examination before admission to ITI course) & 10+2 pass (Vocational stream) candidates can apply for admission to the relevant branch.

There is no short cut to reach such high positions so you need to have very focused approach towards your goal should be a person with lots of patience and perseverance. Apart from this you need to have strong Educational background which should include an MBA from a good B-School like IIMs, FMS, etc. also try and work on your soft skills like communication & networking skills, language skills etc.
A wide range of personality types can make it to the top, so long as there is a match between your personality and that of your target organization. Aspiring CEOs need to compete with their peers on an intellectual level. You may not require distinguished knowledge of the subject to run even the most knowledge intensive companies but you need to be at least as smart as competing CEO candidates. Otherwise you won't impress your prospective supporters as really knowing what you are talking about. The qualification of CEO is dependent upon the flavour of the company's job. This means that what sort of activities they are having and what type of services they are providing. He or she should be at least graduated from a well reputed institution or must have extreme knowledge and experience of at least 10 to 15 years in the respective field.
The CEO can either himself be the owner of the company or the company's owner can hire a good talented and well educated person who is committed to prove himself and have extreme quality of leadership

Germany is very much known for its technological advancements, especially Automobile and mechanical. Few good universities that you can look for are

Most of the universities have English as the medium of teaching.
For admission you might have to give GRE and IELTS / TOEFL.
Also education in Germany is government funded, there is a possibility that you might have to pay a minimal fee ranging from euro 140-500.

If possible go for a German language course as it will help you find a part time job. A student in Germany can work 90 full days or 180 half days.

To become a Block Development Officer, you need to sit for State Civil Services, competitive examination conducted at the state level for openings in the administrative services in the state government.
Also known as the Provincial Civil Services (PCS), this examination is conducted by the State Public Service Commission of the respective state.
Eligibility:-
All graduates between the age groups of 21 and 28 are eligible to take this examination. There are relaxations in upper age limit to the scheduled castes/scheduled Tribes, Ex-Servicemen, physically handicapped and the employees of the State Government. Even though the examination is conducted as an all-India competition but during the interview it is desirable for the candidates to know the language, culture, and customs of the concerned State.

Asia-Pacific Institute of management has Toastmasters club for its PGDM students in its Jasola Campus, New Delhi. Its a part of Toastmasters Club (APIM TMC) California.
Seeing importance of communication in todays corporate world this club was visualised by APIM Management. A Toastmasters club is a "learn-by-doing" workshop for which APIM TMC meets twice in a month. It is a two hours long meeting, where members give prepared speeches, impromptu speeches, presentations and learn leadership skills by fulfilling various roles in the meeting. As it is a college club its membership is restricted only to the students, faculty and staff of the AIM. At present there are 25 members .
The students joining the Toastmasters club learn communication skills by working in the Communication Program manual, a series of 10 speaking assignments designed to instill a basic foundation in public speaking. When finished with the first speech manual, members can select from among 15 advanced manuals to develop speaking skills.
Senior members from other toastmasters clubs in and around Delhi are also invited to attend the meetings. In the previous meeting Ms.Poonam Jain, Assistant Lieutenant Governor Marketing, Rishikant Upadhaiya, VP EDU ,IBM TM, Akshita Agarwal, VP EDU, South Delhi TM attended the meeting.
There is no instructor in a Toastmasters club. Instead, members evaluate one another's oral presentations and leadership activities.
