The minimum marks required to take admission in SPA Delhi is 50% for SC category candidate and 60% for open category candidate. NATA stands for National Aptitude Test in Architecture. As per my knowledge to secure a seat in SPA Delhi you need to score a minimum of 55% i.e 105 out of 200 marks in NATA examination.

I don't think that one year gap will affect your future in anyway. A lot of people in this country take a gap for a lot of reasons. I am sure you would have a reason of your own. This might come up in an interview but be assured that this will not be the deciding factor. Hence you should not worry too much and not try to hide this fact (it should not come out as deliberate attempt to hide information ) .

Mass Communication as a career option is very good, if you want to get into a career which doesn't want you to learn technicalities. But it is advisable to initially think about your area of interest and then take a decision. As the career decision that you make right now will change your life.

These days many of the institutes are not offering university recognized & UGC approved graduation programme . You need to finalize a institute and join the course May June or July must be the right time for the same.

You have following options.
1. Medical and dental : if you have taken up the respective entrance exam too and then based on 12th marks and entrance exam ranking you will sit for counselling for medical or dental or ayurvedic or homeopathy courses
2. Bachelors in Science in combinations of Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, biotechnology, bioinformatics, genetics, physiotherapy etc.
3. Bachelors in computer applications
4. Bachelors in alternate fields like hotel, hospitality, travel and tourism management.

They look for Maths (along with Physics & Chemistry) in Class XII

If you opt for B.Tech then you will face competition in the society and if complete it, you would have a larger pay scale with direct employment with a reputed firm. On the other hand, there will be less competition and you would do better too with that, but there is less demand for it.
