Eligibility depends on type of Hotel Management course which you wish to pursue and details of some courses is stated below: 

Diploma Class 10th pass from a recognised board with minimum 40% marks.

Bachelors Degree: Class 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks.

Post-graduation degree: Bachelors degree from a recognised university with at least 45% marks. Graduate & PG programs may also require you to appear in entrance exams such as NCHMCT, AIMA UGAT, E-CHAT, etc.

Yes, it is better to pursue B.Tech In computer Science from Poornima University. Also there are other branches in Poornima University under CSE like Cloud Computing with Information Security, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence you can also look out for these courses.

With such academic record, getting into old IIMs is not possible. You can try for new IIMs if you wish to. I would suggest, you try for colleges which do not give much importance to academics like FMS.
