Choice of subject depends on individuals interest, if you have interest in physics, chemistry than you can think on Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, Civil, etc. If you have interest in maths and physics than you can look for aeronautics, avionics. Minimum 90-100 marks can secure you to a good government college, because all government colleges are also not good. Better try for private college. You can get IEM or Heritage College.

Hi Ritesh,
Dr BC Roy College is not upto the mark for pursuing engineering, because of poor placements, not upto mark faculties and very less exposure. So, if you are considering any private college in West Bengal then go for Heritage, IEM, Techno India Salt Lake, etc.
All the best.

Guide-Level 12

Hi Parth,
Many universities in the US do accept three-year degree. You have to get a WES evaluation of your Bachelor's degree for this. Please check the websites and email them. Universities which strictly mention they don't accept three year degree won't oblige and no point negotiating with them. Take your GRE too.
Good luck.

Once you complete your graduation, you can apply for post graduation or Masters course in Deccan College at Pune or MS University at Baroda. These are the two best institutes catering to field archaeology in India. If you want to do it abroad, you can appear for the GRE exam to secure scholarship in any well known university in USA or UK which are the most sought after countries to study archaeology.
