Hi naveen saharan. You can do a diploma in film making. There are lots of institutes available in India. But they are not as good as American film institutes. There is an institute, the name of it I'm unaware of, in Chennai or Hyderabad. I heard it is at par with American film institutes. The lectures of this institute are given by legendary film makers like Manirathnam, Anurag Kashyap, Jackie Sharoff and few others. Why don't you try approaching them? All the best.
