Hi, Coaching per se, it is not the right time. Yes, you can start exam preparation along with your graduation basis self study, but not need to go for coaching at the moment. Enroll for coaching only for last 6 - 8 months before the bank exams.

Of course you can apply. Only if you are from science stream in +2 with subjects PCM(Physics, chemistry, maths). You have to sit for various Engg entrance exams(CET) held by various universities that provide BE/B.Tech program.

But I would suggest you to go for some Short Term Certificate Programs
And only after Completing your Graduation then Try out with MS

I dont want to hurt you to ask for any reasons for grad. ya 10+2 is must to start your graduation after 12 years as you want. bt it may difficult for you to clarify this long year gap at the time of graduation and job hunt. you may pursue regular/ distance learn mode for grad in any field you want. before grad 10+2 is necesarry.hope so this ans may help u.
