For BSc Vizcomm, the options are limited to the film industry in the south. In every other industry, BAJMC students will outperform BSc VC. Journalism sector that is the biggest employer will almost remain out of bounds for these students. For Vizcomm, Tamilnadu colleges are good. For BAJMC, I have given a list in my answer to your other question.

What Subject would you like to Take in Engineering.?
which place do your parent's feel comfortable to send you.
How much fee's can you afford.

We are not able to locate part-time MCA institution in Bareilly. I suggest that you vist the University office at Barelly and find it. Alternatively I would suggest to do MCA through distance education mode.
