After a Gap of an year it would be difficult to get into company. I would suggest you do M.Tech Or MBA from some top institute as BITS Pilani, COEP, Lovely Professional University for sure placement without wasting any more time as this the time for admission.

If banking is your aim then you must gear up to enhance your mathematical ability, logical reasoning and general English. If you can target this and prepare accordingly, take coaching at appropriate centre then you can crack the banking exam. Part-time job can disturb your preparation for banking services but if essential then make it a point to also join a coaching institute for banking exam preparation.
