Masters in metallurgical engineering is a good course to pursue and it offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.

Managing graduation and animation course together will be strenuous task as both will be different and demand proper time. So, it is up to you to decide whether you can balance both. Opt for both together ONLY if you feel that you can manage.
Secondly, two regular courses can't be pursued together, one should be regular and the other should be distance / short term certificate course. Accordingly, you may go for graduation and pursue short term animation course afterwards.
