It is really tough to directly comment on any institute best or not or answer which is the best institute in a city or country , especially for domains like web designing, animation and VFX/editing/post production or gaming etc. where many institutes offer many types of courses for different duration for the almost all the same pipeline .
We need to see the content of the course , duration, cost , infra, earlier students outputs and skill developed , in-time course completion record , certification process & delivery of certificate in time etc.
Also Same Brand has different centers and branches and fortunately/unfortunately all does not perform the same . Some centers are doing great some not, in vary place to place centers to centers and also on the local management & team.
So its always good to visit the institute personally, speak to them, see the track record and then decide if its up to the mark as per your requirement.
About the placement : Every institute will give placement support / assistance which normally they publish as 100% placement assistance & surely not a guarantee - which means arranging for interviews , once you get the interview placement is depending on your skills .
Normally in animation industry very rarely people wait for a job , if you have the skill you are hired , thats it . I have seen many people saying its not a good field no job n all, please ask them a show reel , see the quality , if some one is not ready to develop the skills then its wrong to blame the industry . its a very good industry with lots of scope for the right candidate .
