Hello Vishal,
You have to fulfill the eligibility of date of birth fixed by UPSEE every year so if your date of birth came under last date of birth then you can sit in the exam.
But, as per as central government, from next year there is no UPSEE no WBJEE, so wait for the government decision as this is not final decision as many states board objected this decision.

So, firstly make your physics a bit stronger by clearing the concepts, as physics will come almost in every branch of engineering.

Hello Ankur,
All the government college take their own exam for getting admission in their college they do not accept JEE main rank so if you are appeared in state level engineering entrance exam then you are getting if not then must try in private college on JEE marks.
