Hello Jhabar,
Yes, they are same. As they both have the same prefix B.Tech, they belong to engineering stream. In the brochure of some colleges, they specify it as computer science engineering and in some other, they will just put computer science. If the prefix B.Tech is there, then it is an engineering course only.

There are following major options available for you after becoming an engineer:
(a) Job: BE is sufficient qualification to start your career. Your first option to get job is job in campus placement. It is challenging to get job if you do not get job in campus placement. If you do not get selected in campus interview, then you can look for jobs through job portals, application against advertisement, job consultants, and referral from friends and relatives etc. You can appear in GATE to seek job in Public sector organization. There are different schemes of scholarships by different states. Unfortunately, there is no synergy. Rules and criteria differ. You can check from admin dept of your prospective college.
