You have not specified about your category and entrance exam. However, last year's closing rank for general category and merit for KEACET for B.Tech CSE was 202 in extended round-2. While for ECE, Aerospace, Civil and Mechanical were 1090, 2593, 5829 and 1427 respectively in extended round-2.

I don't think so as your score is quite low. For CSE, you should have got score like 90 (min). But you can get Civil however you won't be even called for first round counselling so from that side CSE will be filled up and for the second round, third round students only the left out branches will be allotted to you. All the best.
