The final cutoff date for all admissions, including those at the institute level will be released on the official website by the authorities. The cutoff is the minimum mark that the candidates will have to secure for higher chances of admission. While preparing the cutoff, several factors are taken into consideration, including the number of seats, the number of applicants, previous year's trends, etc. It is to be noted that the cutoff will vary for each course, institute, and category. It is possible to get a seat in veterinary with a rank of 31,000 in TS EAMCET. However, it will depend on the category you belong to and the number of seats available in the colleges you are interested in. According to the TS EAMCET 2022 results, the closing rank for veterinary was 27,000 for the general category and 15,000 for the SC/ST category. This means that if you belong to the general category, you will need to score a little higher than 31,000 to get a seat in veterinary. However, if you belong to the SC/ST category, you have a good chance of getting a seat with your current rank. It is also important to consider the number of

The mock tests are meant to be taken closer to the NIFT exam. This means you won't gain a lot of benefit if you start taking mock tests early in your exam preparation. Instead, in the early stages, solve sample papers and previous years' question papers. You can solve sample papers after completing a topic; for instance, pick all the relevant questions related to that topic and solve them. In the last few days leading up to the exam, you can start taking mock tests. The mock tests will help you plug last-minute gaps and understand what the exam day would look and feel like.

Along with sample papers, mock tests are considered essential tools to prepare for the NIFT exam. However, considering that the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) may or may not conduct mock tests for the NIFT exam, the candidate may conduct mock tests of other exams. For instance, the candidate may take mock tests conducted by the Symbiosis Institute of Design (SID). But it may be noted that the difficulty level of the SEED exam is not on par with the NIFT exam. So, while mock tests will help the candidate get an exam-like ambiance, it is not enough. It is therefore recommended that the candidate solve as many sample pape

Yes, While taking mock tests of other exams can help you improve your overall test-taking skills, it is recommended to focus primarily on mock tests specifically designed for the NIFT 2024 exam.

NIFT has its own unique exam pattern, syllabus, and marking scheme. By practicing with NIFT-specific mock tests, you can familiarize yourself with the exam format, time management, and the types of questions typically asked in the NIFT entrance exam.

This targeted preparation will better equip you for the challenges specific to the NIFT exam and increase your chances of success.

According to the information I found, SASTRA University does not have a minimum percentile requirement for admission to CSE. It is based on 12th percentage and JEE Main mark (SASTRA will calculate like this 12th percentage * 0.75 + JEE Main mark * 0.25) Total 165 marks. And out of 165 marks what is your marks based on that they will give the seat.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

The NIFT admission committee may take student queries in case the NIFT exam is conducted as a remote-proctored exam. In this case, special hotlines may be created to help the candidate get their system in place. But note that as of now, there is no notification yet whether the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) will conduct mock tests or not. The institute will release the relevant notification, if needed, on its official website, once the admission process gets underway. In the NIFT 2022 exam, when the exam was held in a remote-proctored mode, candidate were allowed to ask queries during the mock test.

Mock tests will include representative questions or questions similar to ones asked in NIFTEE. So, by taking mock tests, candidate will get to know about types of questions asked, marking scheme, weightage, etc. Another important benefit the candidate can draw from solving a sample paper is understanding the question paper layout. For instance, the candidate will know which questions are placed where, the sequence of questions, whether the candidate needs to complete one section before moving to the next, etc.

Mock tests are not meant to be alternative to holistic exam preparation for NIFT. This means the candidate must first go through the text books, learn the concepts, solve the problem Sets given at the end of each chapter or from problem booklets, and take notes. Also, solve sample papers to develop ones problem-solving and time-management skills. The prime purpose of mock tests is to help the candidate get an exam-like experience and fix last minute gaps. So, mock tests are tools to improve ones chances of getting a few extra marks and thus improving ones chances of admission.
