1. Eligibility conditions to pursue B.ED are:
(a) Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+3 or 11+2+2 pattern, or with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+2 or 11+3 pattern
(b) Having studied at least two subjects at the bachelor's degree level, to be later taken as
school teaching subjects

No. the ranking of MBA and engineering colleges are done by Magazines like outlook, India Today etc but their surveys are not ratified by any government audit agencies and hence, are influenced. A common indicator for finding out about a good engineering college can be based on following facts:-
1. Whether NBA accredited.
2. Whether grade 'A' college.
3. Whether HODs are experienced and Ph.D.
4. Whether majority of faculties are post graduate.
5. Whether placement cell is able to bring major companies for placement.
6. Whether college has seminar hall for minimum 250 seats, conference hall, potable drinking facility, college bus, computer for students in 1:3 ratio, all labs, library with minimum 250 titles for each branch and volume wise books to student ratio is 1:3
7. whether industrial visits, expert lectures and guest faculties are organized.
8. Whether college director/principal is Ph.D. in engineering branch.
9. Whether faculty student ratio is 1:15
10. Whether college has sports ground, hostel and cafeteria.
11. whether college has passed out at least one batch of students.
If all above are available, it is a good college.
