Your GRE is really good. However, top 50-75 programs in USA prefer at least 65% in academics. Academics % would have around 30% weightage of your application. You can still apply to some of top 100 programs. Dear you can get any good college and university on the basis of these marks in JEE.
Keep all your options open. There are many universities like Amity, SRM, LPU etc that take into consideration both the marks in 12th as well as JEE. Not only this they are offering scholarships to students on the basis of either of the two.
