Many international banks hire skilled professionals for various profiles on competitive salaries. Public sector banks hire mostly graduates for clerical and probationary officer posts on the basis of All India Level Examination.

First of all, this is an autonomous course, not associated with any university. If yu are looking for higher studies options after completing course from YMCA, it will not be possible.
Second, on website they have mentioned name of the companies where students from YMCA is working but it is not clear whether those companies have preferred YMCA students or employee of those companies opted course from this institute (it can be both way or either)
I also browsed through career section of website of media like NDTV.

So considering this, they have not preferred any institutes but requirement is very much clear. Graduates in journalism or MBA or masters. Apart from this, media and marketing requires strong communication skills and creativity. I do not think YMCA provides campus placement however the course may add skill to your profile and you may need to hunt job on your own. If you are not intending to higher education in future, you may opt courses from YMCA. In industry for marketing and PR, MBAs are preferred.
