I dont think there is any institute which conducts entrance exam for its llb course. students are admitted on the basis of their HS percentage.

The diploma students has to join BE course in the same discipline.so your son has to select either computer science or information science courses.if he has taken DCET examination then the free structure will be as per govt norms.In Karnataka 10percent of seats are reserved for diploma students in all Engineering colleges.IF the student has not taken DCET examination then the fee structure will be as per the College to which he likes to take admission. The deemed university have their own fee structure.similarly the hostel and mess free also vary from College to college based on facilities provided.

Dear Nawab, ECE is all about electronics and how the different electrical components (Microprocessor, RAM etc. ). Communicate with each other. It has more Physics in it. There is a little programming involved but not much whereas CSE deals with telling these components what to do and when to do it; by programming them. Harsh, this college offers B.Tech in which you can take admission after clearing class 12th or after diploma. They don't offer any course based on class 10th.
These days we have many universities that are offering integrated/ dual Diploma-Degree on basis of class 10th. You can join integrated/ dual Diploma B.Tech course where you save your one year as well as pressure of entrance tests. After doing a diploma you get direct admission in second year of B.Tech. Most of the universities offering them also have good placements. Some of them are also offering you scholarships based on your percentage in your previous qualification.
