It is very less predictable that you'll get admission into any collge for BVSc at this score. For admission into BVSc, your score should be around 200.

Folllow the given list:
1. Get enrolled in any institute which provide placement assistance.
2. Learn some good and potential program'n languages like Java , C, C++ etc.
3. Brush up your communication skills.
4. Have a linkedin account and check qoura and shiksha for relevant interview experiences.
5. Trust yourself which is the most important one.

Instead of doing Diploma in mechanical engineering, you should go for 12th class education and then take admission in mechanical engineering. The reason is that Government of Maharashtra is about to ban Diploma in mechanical branch. So, for making a career in the mechanical field, it will be beneficial for you to complete your class 12th.

There are a few institutes where you can take admission directly on the basis of marks in graduation.
IISc, IMSc, IITs, CMI, ISI, TIFR, K. J. Somaiya College of Engineering, Lovely Professional University, Punjab, Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani-Pilani, Rajasthan, College of Engineering-Pune, Maharashtra. Yes, whatever number you have scored in your 10th or 12 th dosent matters at all when it comes for getting the job. The percentage will not help you in getting job, its your skills.

According to the academic year 2016-18, the fee structure is Rs. 1.96 lacs pa for open and Rs. 1.04 lacs pa for OBC category.

So, if you want to do LLB. You must apply for it and, you could surely do it. You have done your BA from IGNOU which is good, you must apply for it.

B.Tech in biotechnology is the desired course for you. You can do it from any private or govt colleges across the country. This course have a great scope in future and better placements too.
