As the cut offs keeps on changing every year it would be difficult to give you names of the institutes your brother can get through, moreover you have not mentioned your brother's rank, so it is all the more difficult. If you are targeting CAT in future there are mainly three sections to consider and for all the three there are different currisulum and texts to study like R.S.Agarwal's for Maths, How To Prepare For Quantitative Aptitude For The Cat by Sharma Arun, How To Prepare For Data Interp. & LR For Cat 4th edition by Sharma A and many more.

There are several Institutes which will allow you to opt for the Management Programmes even if you have a diploma, but that is only if you have a diploma and some amount of work experience. Check with Institutes like IGNOU, Annamalai University, IMT, and Symbiosis etc.
