Which foreign university you will get is a tough question. You must decide which foreign country you are planning to apply to first and foremost. You haven't mentioned any of these here. Refer to QS world ranking to view the best universities for chemical engineering, visiting these university websites and checking the admission requirements will help you selecting your universities.
Take help of an overseas education consultancy to help you with the university selection process. Make sure you have your grades and test scores with you as without these shortlisting will be a difficult task.

The college has a good repute for it's mechanical engineering department. The faculties here have experience over 30 years. Placements are also decent. We have Mercedes Benz, Bosch and various other companies visit out campus. As fast as hostel goes there are a lot of PGs around the campus and one can find rooms that suits his/her requirements.

USA has better universities for CSE in comparison to Australian universities. But to get a work visa is difficult in USA in comparison with Australia. With long term onsite job perspective, I will recommend CSE at Australia over USA.

To become a drug inspector, one needs to complete his graduation in pharmacy (B.pharma). Also graduates in medicine with microbiology specialization can also apply for the exam.
