If you yourself do not have any options, it is better not to drop from engineering and somehow complete it. However, if you have certain specific interest in any other field, in that case, you may drop out and do that. If you have any specific business plan or if there is any family business, the alternative is to join that.

To get into a good university, you must target a GMAT score of 700 and more. A first class in Bachelor's degree is recommended. Visit a few university websites and go through the admission requirements page to understand the requirements. Every university has different criteria for admissions.

Of course, IELTS is accepted by UK and many countries, in fact preferred in UK. London for your information is not a country so you need to be specific where you want to apply. Canada is a better option as it offers work permits which is not available to international students in UK currently if you have been following updates and news closely.
