This is a crucial period. It is important to follow couple of factors to ensure success.
1. Have a mentor like a parent, teacher to guide you and review your work
2. Have a well discussed plan - proper objective, where you stand now and where you want to be, how long time you have, what are your strengths and weakness subjects
3. Allocate time accordingly for different subjects depending on your skill set and weak areas
4. Take up mock tests and review your work on a daily and weekly basis.
5. Eat well, rest well and do light exercise.

Well MBA (IB) is emerging field due to global interconnectivity of business firms and operations. Also, the placement scenario is also bright for MBA (IB) students. But make sure you do it from a descent college like IIFT, XLRI, etc. and have exposure of international markets such as china. Next best bet would be marketing and then finance due to the placement scenario and trend of jobs in the country.
