Dear Gagandeep,
Abroad, none of the 'best' university will give you the admission without work experience. If you look at the average class of the students, there (even in Indian college like ISB Hyderabad or SP Jain, MDI Gurgaon), you will find that above is 25 years. The reason is, a lot of relevant work experience. Hence, I would advise you to go for it. However, you don't need to much worry about fees, best and top foreign university (Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, Yale, University of Sydney, University of London, any university of finance etc.). 1. You can go for M.Sc. In biotechnology, microbiology, plant genetics, human genetics (these are some popular courses). After that, you can prepare for NET/JRF.

I guess, you can directly go and check on the scholarship portal page about their eligibility with your board's percentage. And, other eligibility is that they actually provide scholarship for what you are going to study. Just check all the eligibility and apply over there.
