Hi,
It will be difficult to mention the cost as fee varies from university to university depending on the course that you wish to pursue and and the living expense of the city where the University is situated.
However, education in Germany is government funded but not management programs. So you may have to give a very minimal fee ranging between 140- 500 euros.
For more details, I would request you to visit DAAD. DAAD is officially authorized to provide information about education in Germany. They have offices in major cities in India.
