If you are already working somewhere, when you have your degree completed, they might even absorb you in the organisation itself.
It does not matter in the long run, the number of attempts.
What really matters is your knowledge and skill set, your practical exposure, your understanding of various subjects and topics.
Remember, you get job only because of your degree but that's not a guaranteed one.
You survive on the job with your performance.
