Hi Rajesh,
To be eligible, students must pass with 50% in any recognized Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 year's duration in any discipline with Mathematics at 10 + 2 level.
OR
Pass with 50% marks in any recognized Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 year's duration in any discipline with Mathematics as one of the subjects.
Students also need to write an entrance exam as to get admission into the MCA course.

1) As per your question Only one IIT runs MCA which is IIT Roorkee.It conducts its own entrance for admission called IIT JAM. Forms are available from September and exam will be held on the month of February.

2) You must do MCA after BCA. BCA is just an entry level course in IT field where you only learn the basic of every subject.

Another option can be certification courses (6months- 1year) conducted by qualified psychologists and afterwards, you can become a member of Association of Professional Psychologists.
