Authorities will prepare different GCET cutoff for every category i.e., course, college and category selected by candidates. Due to reservation criteria, candidates can expect GCET cutoff of reserved category to be lesser than general category. GCET cutoff will also be influenced by demand of admissions for a particular college or course. For admission to MBA in IB, candidates are shortlisted on the basis of Computer Based Test (IIFT entrance exam). As per the details collated from various sources on the internet, about 140 seats are allocated for MBA in International Business at IIFT Kolkata. Admission to IIFT Kolkata’s full-time MBA (IB) programme 2023-25 is subject to IIFT’s Written Examination scores along with students’ performance in the Written Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussion (GD) or Extempore and Personal Interview (PI) scores. The application window for the CTET exam is closed for the July 2024 session. The last date to apply was April 5, 2024.

CTET exams are typically held twice a year. Hence, the next date, as asked, will likely be announced sometime in the later half of 2024 for the January 2025 exam.

Yes, IGNOU does give a certificate for the completion of one year of study in a BA program. It is called a Certificate of Proficiency and to be eligible for the Certificate of Proficiency, you must have successfully completed all of the courses required for the first year of the BA program.
