Hi Faisal,
It may not be fair to compare on the kind of courses that you are keen to pick as this will be based on your area of interest solely. However, based on the course names provided by you, when planning to go for BBA, the course is a best way to go about a career in Management stream and GNIIT on the other hand is a IT oriented courses.
Hence both the courses are different and caters to two different streams. Depending on your areas and inclination, you can opt for the career path accordingly.

To go by your education details, BBA holds the domain for management discipline and as you are keen to opt for the GNIIT course, then you can opt for the Business System stream, even though there is no such constraint to make a choice in the remaining options too.
Also as stated by Aditya, it is much of a difficulty to manage two streams of education at the same time as both the courses requires a lot of attention and at the same time need to be worked out in a way by which there are back logs remaining for the successful completion of the course.
