As per my search I could find only one university offering MS in Chemical Engineering, i.e.,
* Brigham Young University, Provo, USA
MS in Chemical Engineering - 2 Years (Full-time)
Eligibility :
GRE
BS or equivalent in Chemical engineering from an ABET school
3.0 GPA in upper-division chemical engineering courses
3.3 GPA in all courses
