I can suggest you 2 universities where you have a chance of admission i.e IOWA STATE UNIVERSITY and SYRACUSE UNIVERSITY. Even though 1100 will make you eligible to get admission in the mentioned universities, chances of getting financial aid are pretty low due to the fact that you would be competing with profiles with higher GRE scores as well as high percentages.
