It is only possible if you can get a TOEFL waiver. A TOEFL waiver is granted to students who have pursued their education in an english medium school and college. However, there would be no point applying to this university for the MBA program as there is a minimum 2 years work experience requirement.
I would recommend you to apply for the Early career MBA program.

To reverse the direction of rotation of a dc motor, we must reverse either (1) the armature connections or (2) both the shunt and series field connections. A compound dc motor carries both a series field and a shunt field. In a cumulative compound motor, the mmf of the two fields add. The shunt field is always stronger than the series field.
As the load increases, the mmf of the series field increases but the mmf of the shunt field remains constant.

Hi Saurabh,
TOEFL is mandatory if English is not your native tongue and instruction in your undergraduate degree was not in English. However, if instruction in your undergraduate degree was in English, you may ask to be exempted. Also GMAT is compulsory for all applicants. There will be no waiver.
Scholarships are there however you have to contact to the university for further details.
on 27th Nov NUS is coming to Delhi at QS World MBA Tour so if possible you can come over there that would be helpful for you.
Hope this helps!
