Hello Amit
As on date IIT-IDC, NID, BITS, few other IIT's provide programs related to Design, User interface, user experience, Gaming etc. There are lot of Certificate diploma programs but no regular degree available in industry. Degree programs offered by few universities are under Distance Learning. If you are very keen then opt for Degree in Animation or Game Design in DLP mode.
Gaming is still in nascent stage and usually for game development engineering degree is most preferred.
For game design graduation in fine art or design are prefered but any graduate with relevant skills are recruited

PG Diploma in Banking and Finance is a post graduate level program which asks for graduation as its minimum requirement.
As per your qualifications, you are not eligible for this PG Diploma. It is advisable that you pick 3 years graduation in a relevant discipline as that will make it easy for you to pick a masters degree program.
Also the degree holds value and will get you added advantage in this competitive market.

yes in canada for masters or particularly MBA, 16 yrs of education is required. but there are options where with 15yrs of education you can apply for MBA and also without work experince and GMAT.
though you can go in for Post Grad Diploma in Canada but international students are not particularly allowed for Part time studies. you will be required to go in for full time studies.
Mail me your documents so that I can provide you with the best possible option.
