Merely educational qualification might not be sufficinet to climbh the ladder or to reach the next heirarchal level. You need to judge the requirment of the job that you are doing and the requirements of the job that the seniors in your department are doing. Then go for that eithet through training or through education. If you want to change the filed then judge what seniors in that field are doing and try to match their skills and qualification to the best of your ability. Sometimes skills overpower the educational (academic) qualification.

It imparts practical and theoretical knowledge of research, design, development, construction, testing, science and technology of aircraft and spacecraft and its related field.
Basic eligibility:
For admission in a bachelor’s degree, the candidate must have passed the higher secondary school certificate (10+2) examination with science subject such as biology, maths and chemistry.
