my Friend,there's not much innovation being tried in scada and plcs . in fact, both are used with one another.
scada needs plcs and plcs w/o scada are ieffective in the state of the art plant control.
but, i would suggest.embedded systems. you will get hands on experience in mocrocontrollers and it's a generalised discipline put to work from diverse fields such as biomedicals to space science.you have a liittle choice.

Hi,
If you wish to pursue the degree just for gaining knowledge, you can go ahead with distance degree.
But if you wish to practice as a lawyer, then the part time education might not allow you for the same as per the rules of Bar Council of India.

However if no Maths, then you can try for colleges that offer B.C.A course and does not ask for Maths-
