AIMAT and MAT is totally different.
AIMAT- Its is an entrance exam for The Asian Institute of Management.
MAT- Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is a national-level management entrance examination. The test scores are used for admission to various MBA, PGDM and allied management programmes. The exam is conducted by All India Management Association (AIMA). More than 600 B-Schools accept.

O-Level is equivalent to Diploma in Engineering, A-Level is Advanced Diploma and you would be able to become a Programmer after passing the O-Level program. Further, PGDCA is a post graduate diploma and that would utilize the B Com as an eligibility if you have studied Mathematics at 12th standard level. You should go for PGDCA (As I think) and if you can register yourself for O-Level then you can run this certification simultaneously PGDCA, this is much better. Moreover, after PGDCA you can opt for MCA and this time in most of the colleges you would be eligible for lateral entry in MCA and this is the plus point of doing the PGDCA. In

Hi Naresh,
Eligibility for MBA:
A Masters Degree in any discipline, with at least 55 percent marks, with a Bachelors degree/ equivalent qualification with at-least 50 percent marks obtained after a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent.
But you can go with distance MBA.
