B.Tech is your regular engineering degree with 8 semesters and some predesignated credits and subjects for your specialisation. This is the degree that most colleges and universities offer.

As I already said, admission to PGDM is based on GD/PI only. Apply for PGDM crack GD and PI you will get admission.

Regenesys, IBS and UBS have good placement records but each have their own strengths and weaknesses.
Regenesys has strong international exposure because of partnerships with international universities. Students can participate in study abroad programs
IBS focuses on research and has a strong placement record. Graduates work for top companies in industry.
UBS has strong industry connections. Students can network with alumni who work in different industries. Its internship program add practical experience in their chosen field.
All three colleges have good faculty members but IBS and Regenesys have a slightly stronger faculty than UBS.

Yes, you can appear for JEE Mains. You must score 75% in your Diploma final exams. Diploma is considered as equivalent to class 12th.

If you have completed your Bachelors you should apply for a Masters or a PG Diploma. You shouldn't be applying to a normal diploma, your application will be rejected in this case. There are number of courses you can choose from, what you want to study is your choice but here are some options:
