No, you cannot practice with a Diploma. You need to have a LLB Degree in order to practice. Most places, including private and government require you to have a LLB Degree. However, certain paralegal work or research based work may be hiring people Diploma holders. But, full time lawyers need to have a degree of LLB.

Other than that, search for institutes where the criteria is 50% marks above, since your +2 marks is 57%.

First, you have to know the requirements to gain entry into a Canadian university. For M.Sc admissions, a very high academic percentile is a requisite. Secondly, most universities require a four year B.Sc degree. If you have a three year degree course you have to contact the universities first and see what measures you can take to gain entry.
