Selecting a college is purely and entirely your decision. It would be tough to state a college as the best as every college has it's own plus and minus points.
While selecting, you just need to keep in mind the chief point that is to check the recognition whether the college is AICTE / UGC approved or not.
Other than this, you also need to check year of establishment, batch size, syllabus, faculty, fees, placements etc. You may directly contact the college officials for specific information.
Be careful while selecting a college as merely getting a degree is not enough for this competitive world.

India, is the best study destination to pursue MBBS. However you may surely pursue MBBS from countries such as China, Russia etc.
Also, once you complete your MBBS from these countries you need to clear the MCI screening test to be eligible to practice medicine in India. Unless and until you clear this test you will not be allowed to practice in India.

To take admission in MBBS in India :
- You must have passed 12th in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with 60% .
- You should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st day of December of the year of admission.
- There are number of recognized colleges all over India which admit students based on the entrance exam. Admission to MBBS is based on the marks gained in the entrance exams such as AIIMS, AIPMT, AFMC and many more.
