I recommend you to get skilled in php. javascript is just part used in web pages . php is used for building web applications. You dont need to separately learn javascript. there are hundreds of libraries available online which you can use those for php web development.

Depent on institute like if you got admission in IITs or NIT or top 10 institutes like DTU, NSIT, Thapar then all are in demand but if got admission in third class institute then opt for Civil mechanical and electrical only.

Singapore is one of the finest study destination to pursue MBA, however please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in Singapore, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS or TOEFL.
