I would suggest u to take up the job now and save money for ur studies. job exp is pre-requisite as u r from engineering side. its better if u try for those institutes u mentioned after 3 years.u can have a look on their websites regarding eligibility.
I ll also encourage u to b a part of any community service organz, as this will also show u as socially active person when u apply ter.
