Hi Nikunj,
There are two possible way you can go forward,
1. Persue for higher education(MSc-IT, MCA.)
2. Search for job.
As you have done your bachelore in distance, It will be difficult for you to get Job in MNC, But still there are many level 3 companies in India where you can try and I am sure you will get a better job.
My personal suggestion to you is to go for a higher education like MSc, MCA, or any of your interest.
The master degree will help you to acquire a good job in MNC and will also help you to higher as you gain experiance.
Please do your higher education as a regular course(not distance)

For doing BBA you just need to clear your 12th examination.
and if you score well in your exams, then the chances are good to choose better college.
