National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) conducts a Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) each year to offer admissions to aspirants in hospitality and hotel administration programmes:
By clearing NCHMCT JEE 2017, candidates can secure admissions in 21 Central Institutes of Hotel Management, 19 State Government Institutes of Hotel Management, one Public Sector Undertaking and 14 Private Institutes of Hotel Management affiliated with NCHMCT.
Apart from this exam, you can apply for different university having entrance exam or interview.

The marks obtained in class 12th may not contribute in deciding your rank in JEE Mains or CET, but it can veto your chances, if you do not score above minimum level required. Therefore, I feel that after completing class 12th, it is better to take a break of 1 year to prepare.

Admissions will be based on your entire profile, your academic record will also be evaluated. Anyways, your IELTS score is low. For Masters, 6.5 is recommended with 6 in every section.
