Hello Rucha,
The marks obtained in class 12th may not contribute in deciding your rank in JEE Mains or CET, but it can veto your chances, if you do not score above minimum level required. Therefore, I feel that after completing class 12th, it is better to take a break of 1 year to prepare.

Admissions will be based on your entire profile, your academic record will also be evaluated. Anyways, your IELTS score is low. For Masters, 6.5 is recommended with 6 in every section. But international students with low IELTS scores can enrol into English language bridging courses. You will find this on university websites. Please email them too.

Yes, you can pursue Aeronautical engineering after completing diploma in electronics. You can change the field of study and get admission in Aeronautical Engineering through lateral entry. You should be able to meet the criteria of percentage for admission as there are very few seats available for lateral entry. As your marks are good so you will get admission easily.
