If you don't want to do CA and you are interested in speak, write then after completing the B.Com you can go for the Mass communication or journalism and I think you should leave the CA.

Yes, BCA and MCA are good courses. It will help you in getting good job in IT industries as a software engineer. But BCA and MCA would of 6 years duration. Better would be to go with B.Tech in CSE or IT as it will help you much better. BCA + MCA is equivalent to B.Tech.

Many colleges offer this but infrastructure-wise, I recommend you Doon Business School, Dehradun. DBS has their own media production centres and as Dehradun is a film-shooting destination, students get a chance very frequently to work on projects. Best of luck.

Yes you can pursue your B.Tech but you must clear your IELTS first and also check for university admission requirements to see if you have enough academic grades. More than 60% is recommended.
