Mainly go for CS branch because it have office work only not like that of the too tough job like a mechanical engineer job. Also the scope for a job is very good in CS branch especially in private sector . In government sector the vacancies are less . Also the IT sector is also growing so one have more chances of getting a job and will have a variety of areas.
It totally depends upon your talent and hardworking you do in the company. The more you do hardwork the easily you will get promotion.

The top MBA colleges rather than getting admission in average MBA College. But, still if you want to take admission for MBA in Pune, there are around 100+ college in Pune. So, you can go for any of the bottom 50, that not good for your career. The college brand will really matter a lot for MBA degree and good placements. All the best.
