Please call up the concerned officials of Indian Institute of Materials Management (IIMM) and say them that you have not received the admit card.
Do the first thing tomorrow who will help you out. If they have contact centers in your area where you have appeared meet them and apprise the situation.

Frankly, I will not suggest to take up two courses together as you are still in your first year and it is important that you are able to manage the two courses together without ignoring either only then you should be taking up two courses together; rest shall depend on your interest and your determination.

You must do the entrance exam which is for architecture. Maths,Physics,Chemistry and Biology is the subjects you must get above 90% to get admission in entrance and inter.

A company is a form of business organization. It is a collection of individuals and physical assets with a common focus and an aim of gaining profits. This collection exists in Law and therefore a company is considered a "Legal Person".
You must write the entrance exam for Law and get good marks in 12th as well as the entrance exam to get into the best college of your choice. Company Law is taught in LLB courses.
