Hi Rythm,
A student can not opt for Economic (hons) without Math and as you had commerce without Math it would not be possible to get into Economics (hons) programme, not atleast in Delhi University colleges, however you may try with other Institutes in other cities. As far as Delhi School of Economics is concerned you will only find Masters level programme there. It's not a question about which would be easier. It's a question of where you can find the best offers for yourself. Both US and Canadian universities require atleast 2 years of work experience. Therefore, if you do not have work experience, you should not be applying to these countries. Also, you are required to take the GMAT and TOEFL to qualify for admission. Have you taken the same? Please let me know!
