As per your profile, I would suggest you to work for 4-5 years and then opt for executive MBA program from India or abroad as it will further enhance your career prospects.
As as per your academic profile it would be difficult for you to get admission in Masters program in physics, as in order to pursue masters in physics you need to have undergraduate degree in Physics, Geophysics, Engineering, Astronomy, Geology or Mathematics.
