Both B.Sc Psychology and BA Psychology are similar in many aspects. The students can choose their subject according their preference. One cannot say which course is better. The key difference is that one provides more emphasis on the theories of psychology and another practical aspect of psychology. One can choose BA or B.Sc in psychology as both these provide deep knowledge in the subjects and also bring in numerous job opportunities.

As per your query it seems that your long term goal is to pursue MBA, so as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for MBA.
The advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
This work experience of yours would give you competitive advantage over other candidates with no work experience during MBA admission.
Finally if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses for your further studies.
Please remember all the companies have their own recruitment policies, there are some companies which do require atleast 60% marks throughout academics, for a student to be eligible, however not al the companies have this criteria.
However if you have prior work experience then it will surely give you competitive advantage over other candidates with no work experience during recruitment process.
